These isolated, car-dependent complexes blooming at the outskirts of Austin have depressed rents by adding a ton of supply, but they’re terrible, and renters agree - I’m hearing about lease-up problems from their developers. Infill density is good, and will always be in demand.
Congestion is a serious concern in #Mueller & @Movability has recommendations on how to reduce the #traffic.
