i know that the bay ending is probably gonna happen because it makes for more traditional TV writing but that doesn’t change the fact that i will throw myself into an actual tornado if it does play out that way…
anyways max and chloe look so cute awwww :3
MAISY STELLA CHLOE, THE BULLET NECKLACE, THE BLUE HAIR, THE BEANIE, STANDING BESIDE THE CREATORS OF LIFE IS STRANGE! AHHHHHHH!!!!!
there’s no way the Carrie (2026) show didn’t reference Life is Strange
going to a junkyard with your friend with dyed hair to test your powers by breaking glass bottles and blowing up a car
the shot at the end of the remake’s scene where her eyes are shadowed out as the door shuts
the camera going in and out of focus after maria seduces james, showcasing james losing focus on mary for a moment before remembering the task at hand
fantastic details.
i always accept because this is the last bit of agency and humanity chloe has, she's guaranteed to die, there's no saving her, and she expresses how she's at the mercy of everyone and wants to make her own choice
giving her that agency + peaceful death is an act of love
the person who wrote this show, which is one of the most faithful tv adaptations of its source material, is showrunning the Life is Strange TV Show btw

silent hill is literally one of the most feminist gaming franchises ever and i could make a whole essay about each individual game and the feminine topics they explore. it just boggles my mind how many people have been denying its wokeness lately.
you play as a teenage girl trying to get rid of an evil embryo implanted in you via magical body violation by religious psychos, heather dispels "god" from her womb prematurely, ending the pregnancy, which can be seen as exorcism but it's still an abortion by definition.

I think many of you need to understand that the change is obligatory to ensure such titles do not become repetitive. I am serious, people claim to want Silent Hill to always be set in the old town but this does not work on paper. Fans would get mad for it, calling Konami lazy.
