“She won’t force us to die from medical complications or force us to carry a rapist’s baby to term” is actually a pretty strong reason to vote for someone. Most other reasons kinda pale in comparison, Ngl

The #Chiefs add Justin Tucker, the 7-time Pro Bowler, to their practice squad, the first time he's signed since serving a 10-game suspension for violating the league's Personal Conduct Policy.
He's insurance for Harrison Butker, who has missed 15 total kicks since the start of the 2025 season.

They're both great so this isn't a knock on Caleb. But it's weird to me that Williams gets credit for his out-of-structure playmaking over Maye when Maye does it more often and better than arguably any QB in the NFL.
17 NFL executives and coaches voted on which QB they would rather build their team around: #Patriots QB Drake Maye or Bears QB Caleb Williams.
The results?
🔹Caleb Williams (12)
🔹Drake Maye (5)
Those who favored Williams cited his higher ceiling, creativity, clutch play, and ability to make plays even against perfect defensive calls.
Those who favored Maye pointed to his personality, consistency, and ability to operate from the pocket and work through progressions.
Despite the difference in votes, Breer noted that both QBs were highly regarded:
“And that raised a follow-up question for me with all these guys: Are these two the best to come out over the past six classes (2021 to ’26)? Most of those I asked said yes.”

Pat McAfee said this. Pat McAfee did that. Wake me up when Pat McAfee actually protects my computer from viruses like I freaking paid for.

For the love of God, read your own tweet. You just started on these movies, so you didn’t know much about an indie filmmaker. That tracks. Yet you now that people who love these movies praise Cassavetes constantly in their Criterion Closet picks. SO WATCH A CASSAVETES MOVIE. Then watch another. And another.
I don’t want to put too much pressure on you, but he’s also a fine actor.
OK, I'll bite. If John Cassavetes is so insanely influential and brilliant, why have I not heard about him until recently?
I've been on a side-quest with classic and esoteric movies, mostly through the Criterion collection. I've watched dozens of Criterion closet picks from filmmakers and actors I admire.
They pick Cassavetes films ALL THE TIME. Probably more than any other director except Scorsese. I haven't seen a single Cassavetes film. I don't think I've ever heard anyone talk about a Cassavetes film outside of those videos.
I'm not a slouch on film, I've got a pretty wide spread on what I've seen & what I appreciate. How has Cassavetes slipped through that net so completely for so long?
My money is on BTJ
From @BigDayESPN: The #Chiefs have never been shy about acquiring talent. Expect them to explore WR options.

Here's the problem, Laura...
The white ppl in their 40s (the target age demo for the Superbowl) were listening to "Izzo" and "Dirt Off Ya Shoulders" at their proms, not "Welcome To The Jungle" or "Back In Black". Hope this helps.
I’m over it - three of the biggest ROCK bands have been actively performing this past year, AC/DC Guns N’ Roses, Metallica and more - any of those would be brilliant & if I’m not mistaken have never performed halftime. Maybe they’ve been asked by Jay Z’s company & said no? I can’t imagine that’s the case. @nfl @RocNationSports
