Hooping and playing basketball are two completely different things. It pains me to watch people confuse the two. Hooping showcases what you can do. Playing basketball requires understanding what the game needs from you. ~Yoda

People will come back into your life once they get disappointed by the people they thought were better than you…. ~Yoda

Russell Westbrook is one of the few players you simply can’t duplicate. You can’t make a comp. And I’m willing to say we may never see another player quite like him. We’ve never really watched a young guard and said, “He plays like Westbrook.” That’s how rare his game was. Uber explosive. North-south speed. East-west quickness. Uniquely unorthodox. Extreme competitiveness. There have been players more polished. Players more skilled in certain areas. Players with better shooting ability, better size, or a more traditional game. But nobody has ever replicated the force of nature that was Russell Westbrook. Easily one of the greatest individual players of all time. First ballot. We’ve had great guards. We’ve had explosive guards. We’ve had athletic guards. But we’ve never had another Russell Westbrook. And I don’t think we ever will. ~Yoda
