Hoje, fui relator no Plenário da Câmara dos Deputados do PL 5902/2023, que combate o uso de drones para entregar drogas, celulares e até armas dentro dos presídios. Parece absurdo, mas o crime organizado já criou até um verdadeiro serviço de delivery para abastecer criminosos atrás das grades. A cadeia, que deveria impedir a atuação dessas organizações, acaba sendo abastecida pelo céu. Mas hoje tivemos uma vitória importante. Conseguimos aprovar o projeto, que prevê pena de 1 a 5 anos de prisão, além de multa, para quem realizar voos com drone sob presídios. O crime organizado modernizou as entregas. Nós estamos modernizando a punição. Grande vitória.
