.@Flighty is it not possible anymore to buy lifetime family plans? I thought I saw it in the past but can’t find it anymore 🤔

Switched to @diabrowser last week as a heavy @arcinternet user, hoping for the next big thing from The Browser Company. The onboarding was slick, and having AI always available was handy—especially on social media or news sites. But here’s why I’m going back to Arc. 🧵 1/7

Bottom line: I’m back to Arc tomorrow. Dia’s a cool experiment, but in its current state, it’s not the AI interface The Browser Company wants it to be. It’s too minimal for power users and lacks Arc’s magic. 6/7

Still rooting for The Browser Company, though. I hope Dia evolves or they reconsider Arc’s legacy. For now, Arc remains my "web OS". What’s your take on Dia vs. Arc? 👇 7/7

I hate low cost companies because they try to steal your money with every possible dark pattern. Here’s a small @easyJet story: last week they fined me 58€ at the boarding gate in Barcelona because I bought the wrong ticket for my luggage (it wasn’t cabin). Small thread 🧵

Now I’m checking in again for another flight, and here’s the screen where you can pay for your luggage. How would you add an extra cabin luggage?

If you replied "with the + buttons", you’re wrong. "Add a large cabin bag" looks like a title but it’s actually a button, that brings you to another page where you can actually add a cabin bag 🤦‍♂️

I’ve just completed a trip around the world: 🇮🇹 🇩🇪 🇯🇵 🇳🇿 🇵🇫 🇺🇸 🇩🇪 🇮🇹 @Flighty was worth every penny: I was even receiving gate changes notifications while being on a flight via the messaging-only WiFi! 🤯 Thanks @rjonesy and team for this life-changing app 🙏

If I can make a wish, I’d love to see my carbon emissions for the trip in app, and ideally have a shortcut to compensate for them via @Treedom or other partners ✨

Hey @rjonesy, I have a small feature request for @Flighty 🙈 "Invite friend on a flight": for when you’re traveling together, and you both want to save the flight in "My flights" 😊 Is it doable? Or maybe it’s there already and I can’t find it? 🤔

Is this @Microsoft's attempt at designing and implementing an "Apple-like" product page? Wow… Someone should introduce them to @framer 😅

It’s crazy to think the iPhone XS is already 5 years old, and still I’ve updated it to iOS 17 just fine. Being so long-lived also means its cost of ownership is now less then 240 €/year! Great value for the money in my opinion. ✨

I remember @verge mentioning that the extra processing power was meant to future-proof the phone, and it’s definitely proving to be true. I wonder if being "expensive" still holds under this new perspective: 5 years later, latest software, no hiccups 😬 theverge.com/2018/9/18/17871…

Apple iPhone XS and XS Max review: solid updates to a winning formula

But can the new processor and camera justify the very high price?

How sick would it be if @RevolutApp and #Apple partnered to launch the @AppleCard in 🇪🇺? 🤩 Revolut's credit card offering is very limited (🇱🇹 and 🇮🇪 only), and the #AppleCard would be very desirable for most of its customers IMO. A man can dream 💭

Hey @arcinternet 👋 I would really like to be able to toggle the sidebar with cmd + b, but for some reason I can't change the shortcut to be cmd + b. It just won't register. Any reason why? The reason for using cmd + b is that it matches the vscode sidebar toggle 😬
