Ok. We’ve now crossed into the Twilight Zone! @BergisJules
So DT just couldn't help exploiting workers and cheating contractors because the laws made him do it...
This debate needs to clarify exactly what Roe v. Wade stipulates. HRC began to do so, but I doubt people understand RvW fully.
Again, I wish the candidates would not talk about how the justices would rule on specific issues (i.e., litmus tests for appointments).
Damn. I'd really like an answer to the question about qualifications for Supreme Court justices. Didn't get one.
Hmmm. Not sure that talking about specific decisions answers the question of what characteristics appointees should have.
Martha Raddatz doing an admirable job of trying to get Trump to answer a direct question. He simply can't do it.
Trump's brain works like a pinball machine, bouncing erratically among a few talking points, no matter what question has been asked.
I hope the nation sees that HRC is trying to steer us back to issues. Had she taken Trump's bait, the debate would never have moved on.
Character matters, but what does it say about our body politic that I'm worried this "debate" will descend into a discussion of little else.
Our national discourse has been hijacked by this trash-talking. Who could imagine that the debate would focus almost entirely on ethos!
Good lord! Trump has the mind and conscience of a two-year old. He simply can't fathom the issues raised by his discourse or behavior.

NPR is actively fact checking the debate. It's actually quite beautiful. npr.org/2016/09/26/495115346… #debatenight
