people don’t all begin with the same opportunities, choices, or support. The film isn’t saying that every decision should be free from criticism. It’s asking us to look at the circumstances behind those decisions before reducing someone’s whole life to one judgment.
Midnight Girls left me thinking about how much we assume when we judge people from the outside, and how different things might look if we took the time to understand what they’re actually facing. For me, that’s the film’s strength: +

You’re allowed not to like the film, but brushing aside its message with a quick solution feels like missing the point. A story can make us uncomfortable and still be worth listening to.
It’s asking us to look at the circumstances behind those decisions before reducing someone’s whole life to one judgment. That’s what made the story meaningful to me. It gives its characters room to feel complicated and human, instead of turning them into simple examples of right+

Sure there are always other choices. Pero honestly, yan na yung take away mo sa buong film?
Para sakin it was more about understanding that people make choices based on their situation, struggles, and survival. Malungkot ang realidad na hindi lahat nabibigyan ng same opportunities, support, or even starting point sa buhay. Sadly, life is not as simple as “just find a decent job.”
