Having sex with a woman when your not "ready " for a child should be illegal and men should be charged if they deny their child. Having sex without protection or any form of contraception is consent ......but we are not ready for that conversation.

Let me rephrase
Any man who denies his own DNA in the name of hes "Not ready" should be held legally responsible . That's the conversation we aren't ready for. any female should be able to take legal action against said man and there actual legal consequences.
Imagine a case where a prositute gets pregnant with a Client baby , what are the consequences in such a situation? Does the transaction aid as compensation for the pregnancy ? She has a right to say she can keep the child and the client should be responsible?
we will be saving alot of babies by doing this . The number of babies born because men can just say oh well i am not ready and walk away because they can and the law cannot protect the woman is ridiculous.
In this case the woman was frauded because the man didn't express he was not interested in having children, consent doesnt start when a woman gets pregnant consent starts when you have sex thats when the responsibility should start and law should agree and reflect that.
The truth is if you feel you can't spend money on a woman because she had nothing to offer or she deserves less you not into women because the law of a woman from the beginning of time is that a man provides. Just date fellow men set your own rules !!!stop stressing us !!!
