This happened to me when I left HomeBase (RIP) when I was a teenager (over two decades ago). They came for me and I used some random employment law about believing the monies were owed to me and they never contacted me again.

Hey @AldiUK this letter you’ve sent my son is intimidating. You never mentioned to him that he was over paid, threatening him with debt recovery action and asking for immediate payment (on a date 2 weeks before you’ve even sent the letter) is awful. You made the mistake not him.
