Regios, con el respeto que me merecen, puedo asegurarles que esta mujer (@lorenadelagarza), su secretario de obras públicas, y el propio Samuel García (@samuel_garcias), están JUGANDO a la política con todos ustedes.
La verificación de obra no se hace cuando ya las pilas están enterradas 30 metros bajo tierra, sino mucho antes, conforme se van construyendo.
Los planos no se revisan cuando la corriente deslavó la orilla del río, sino antes de construir lo que esos planos decían. ¿Por qué hasta hoy se fueron a parar ahí para la foto?
La infraestructura no se ejecuta si antes no se expusieron los planos a todos quienes pagaron por ellos, o sea a los ciudadanos (porque los políticos no pagan un solo peso), no cuando ya el niño se cayó al pozo.
La supervisión de obra no se hace caminando una bella tarde de un martes cualquiera con tenis y ropa casual para tomarse la foto y ver lo que, como sea, no entiendes, no Lorena.
Todos, insisto, están jugando a que se pelean, y construyen y supervisan, porque no saben, ni entienden, ni ejecutan profesionalmente el procedimiento de construcción y verificación.
Me parece entendible que nadie le crea a Samuel, su incapacidad está comprobada una y otra y otra vez, pero suponer que "viendo unos planos" van a confirmar si las pilas de cimentación están o no a 30 metros de profundidad, o si el armado de acero es el correcto, o si el concreto tiene la resistencia necesaria... es ridículo y falto de todo respeto para con los regios y todo el gremio de la construcción.
Dejen de payasear para las redes sociales y soliciten a sus expertos una auditoria completa y seria que incluya la bitácora de obra por escrito y el reporte fotográfico, así como sus folios, verificación de perforaciones, armados y colados. Todo con firmas de los responsables:
Director Responsable de Obra (DRO)
Corresponsable en Seguridad Estructural Residente de Supervisión
Superintendente de Construcción
(... O sus equivalentes)
La Bitácora de Obra es el instrumento legal, técnico y administrativo obligatorio que rige cualquier construcción, no un pinche video en redes sociales. No sean payasos.
El proyecto tiene precio. Los estudios preliminares tienen precio. La ejecución de obra tiene precio y... "verificar" (muy tarde) que todo se construyó correctamente de manera seria y profesional, también tiene un precio, y aquí los únicos que seguimos pagando somos los mexicanos. Váyanse a jugar al patio de su casa o pónganse a trabajar, mamones.
Me tienen harto de sus payasadas y de ver como tiran dinero a lo pendejo frente a nuestros ojos.
Fuimos a ver la obra porque sus explicaciones ya no alcanzan.
Junto con el secretario de Obras Públicas de Monterrey, Nazario Pineda, recorrimos el parque lineal para resolver dudas técnicas que teníamos los diputados. El gobierno estatal asegura que las columnas no están en riesgo por la profundidad en la que están, pero nunca presentó planos de obra terminada ni diseños, y el permiso se dio "de palabra".
Vamos a seguir exigiendo cuentas hasta que se muestren los planos, basta ya de construir improvisando.

Announcement on the Launch of the BitMart User Engagement Portal
Dear BitMart Users,
Further to our announcement of September 9, 2026 regarding the appointment of Alvarez & Marsal ("A&M") as BitMart's financial adviser, we confirm that the dedicated user feedback portal is now live.

What the portal is for
The portal is a single, centralized channel for users to submit questions, concerns, and feedback regarding withdrawal arrangements, our near-term action plan, and BitMart's future direction. Submissions will be reviewed and taken into account in the ongoing assessment being conducted by BitMart together with A&M and our legal advisers.
How to submit
1. Open the portal link above.
2. In the issue type menu at the top of the form, select "User Engagement Portal." Please do not select any other issue type. Submissions filed under other categories will be handled as routine support tickets and will not be routed into this process.
3. Enter your email address. If you are a BitMart user, please use the email address registered to your account so that we can match your submission to your records. This is required so that we can reach you if follow-up is needed. Your BitMart ID is optional, but providing it helps us understand the context of your submission.
4. Under Enquiry category, select the option that best matches your submission: Withdrawal-related enquiry, General feedback, Potential investor or restructuring proposal, or Others.
5. Enter a subject and description. Please be as specific and factual as possible, and include relevant dates or transaction references where applicable.
6. Attach supporting files if relevant (optional), then click Submit.
7. Your submission is not complete at this point. You will see an on-screen notice asking you to verify your email address, and you will receive a verification email from [email protected]. Click the link in that email to complete your submission.
8. Once verified, your submission is filed automatically and you will receive a confirmation email containing your ticket number. If you do not receive the verification email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
Please note
· Please submit only one ticket per issue. Duplicate submissions will not accelerate review and will slow down processing for all users.
· Given the volume of correspondence we are receiving, we may not be able to respond to every submission individually. Every submission is nonetheless recorded and reviewed, and important issues of general concern will be addressed through subsequent announcements and communications.
· The portal is a channel for collecting user concerns and feedback. It is not a channel for individually processing withdrawals, and submitting a ticket does not in itself change the status of any account or asset.

🚨 BITMART, STOP STALLING. WHERE IS THE CUSTOMERS’ MONEY?
It’s been almost two months, and many users are still reporting that they cannot withdraw their own funds from BitMart.
You can’t even withdraw $1 — while the withdrawal fee itself is around $5. Withdrawal requests can be submitted, but users report that they are simply cancelled and no funds actually arrive.
And now the BitMart website has stopped working too.
And what do we get instead of our money?
August 21 — White & Case. BitMart promises a roadmap and another update no later than September 9.
September 9 — another announcement. Now it’s Alvarez & Marsal, a new “near-term action plan,” and once again users are told to wait for further updates over the following weeks.
So instead of a solution, we literally got:
AN ANNOUNCEMENT OF A FUTURE ANNOUNCEMENT → ANOTHER ANNOUNCEMENT → ANOTHER PROMISE OF FUTURE ANNOUNCEMENTS.
Meanwhile, users continue reporting “withdrawals” appearing in the interface only to be cancelled, with no money actually received.
PEOPLE DON’T NEED ANOTHER PRESS RELEASE. THEY NEED THEIR MONEY.
Enough promises.
Enough delays.
Enough announcements about future announcements.
OPEN WITHDRAWALS.
RETURN PEOPLE’S MONEY.

🚨 BITMART USERS — PLEASE SHARE THIS
BitMart claims to serve more than 13 MILLION registered users worldwide. What is happening therefore potentially affects an enormous international user base and deserves immediate attention.
Since July 26, large numbers of BitMart users have reported being unable to withdraw their funds. Users say withdrawal requests remain frozen or unprocessed, while BitMart-associated wallets continue showing outgoing transactions on-chain.
At the same time, serious questions remain about where these funds are going and who controls the destination wallets. Any allegation that these transfers belong personally to Sheldon Xia must be independently investigated and proven.
BitMart’s own announcement stated that:
• New registrations would begin shutting down on July 26.
• Deposits would begin shutting down on July 26.
• All spot, futures, and other trading services would stop on August 26 at 01:00 UTC.
Today is August 27.
Yet users continue reporting that services which were supposedly being discontinued remain accessible. If new registrations and deposits are still functioning, this raises an obvious question:
How can people still be allowed to register and deposit money while existing users report that they cannot withdraw their own funds?
Many affected users also say they received no direct email warning telling them to withdraw before August 26, and there was no sufficiently prominent shutdown warning visible to them on the main website.
BitMart itself recommended that users submit withdrawals before August 26 at 05:00 UTC — while users had already been reporting withdrawal problems for weeks.
For a platform claiming 13+ million registered users, these are not minor questions.
These circumstances deserve urgent scrutiny by law enforcement, regulators, exchanges receiving BitMart-related funds, and blockchain investigators.
Whether any conduct constitutes a criminal offense is for the competent authorities to determine. But the discrepancies between BitMart’s public shutdown timeline, reported withdrawal restrictions, continued platform activity, and movements of funds are more than enough to justify a serious investigation.
Preserve the evidence. Preserve the blockchain records. Identify the destination wallets. Determine who controls them.
Please share this everywhere. Give this situation maximum publicity. Millions of users deserve answers.
