Just had a long call with my mentor yesterday. He's always offered bigger-than-business perspective during pivotal moments throughout the last 2 years of my life.
I can't stress the importance of what having a mentor can do for your life. Someone who has gone through everything you had and way more. Who doesn't care about what you have, what you've built, and always have your best interest is one of the most humble and grounding experience.

For influencers, aim for $0.5~5 CPM, depending on your niche and content strategy (influencers usually only want a flat rate, can be very ROI negative if you do it wrong, but you can be relentless with it).
Avoid any influencer with a management email (if you contact creators under management, be prepared to drop $2~10K on a video), aim for gmail or no emails at all and DM them.
For UGC, you can find creators on a CPM-base, or a base pay of $10~30 per video + view-bonus thresholds.
The view-bonus thresholds are usually a decreasing CPM structure. i.e. 10K views = $30, 100K views = $100, 500K views = $300
UGC can eat up your cost if your not managing/training the creators right

I was outside a garage rave in LA one night and some drunk guy came up and looked at the sky and said "it'd be so cool if i can take a picture of the sky and it shows me the stars"
My drunk ass thought it was a genius idea LOL especially in the astrology niche so I made a very simple MVP for it
You take a pic of the sky, it shows you how it’ll look like without air pollution + analysis of the star constellation in regards to your zodiac sign/birth chart
Took 5 min to make on Superapp (thank god u can build in browser now) + simple prompt from Claude. You can make the design way better for distribution. Please dm me if you actually build it
