Today's Top 10 most usefull Grok Bots
1. Research Bot
It digs deep across multiple sources like the web, PDFs, and original materials, delivering conclusions up front and concise summaries of evidence with citations.
It clearly separates unverifiable info, so you can entrust research to it worry-free.
x.ai/bot/Nn0ykGa3vJ6YS7ib7F6…
2. Oversleep Watch
Just send your destination, and it sets a phone alarm a bit before the transfer station and your stop.
Even if you doze off on the train, it prevents you from missing your stop.
x.ai/bot/nhplJJITvVS4IJQBvte…
3. Repo Security Auditor
It deeply audits any GitHub repository you can access, checking for security issues, viruses, risks in the components used, and code quality—with evidence provided.
It prepares fixes in a verification branch, so you can make changes with confidence.
x.ai/bot/MlXPQE0NgAwRLRwqGtz…
4. Career Counsellor
With 5 sharp questions, it uncovers what's wasting your time and what really works, then creates a single action plan with priorities.
It clarifies exactly what to do next in your career.
x.ai/bot/4X-5Go2Ms9437HtyFoJ…
5. Make It a 10
For writing, code, designs, or plans rated as "currently a 3 out of 10," it shows what's missing to reach 7 or 10, and rewrites it until it improves.
It elevates what you've created to the next level.
x.ai/bot/rVZtWMQwb_6tXAQPata…
6. Lexy
This assistant helps with everyday legal matters and procedures, like consumer rights, warranties, billing, contracts, rentals, and documents from banks or insurance.
It starts by asking which country you live in, so tricky procedures are less daunting no matter where you are.
x.ai/bot/DkHvWCLMU2k2qN9lfPo…
7. The Walk-Away
It scores a public sales page from the perspective of a first-time visitor and judges whether they'd buy or walk away.
You'll spot the sticking-point sentences and the smallest fixes needed, getting you closer to a page that converts.
x.ai/bot/cb34ecnMyLJcYBG6F40…
8. Visit Ready
Tailored to your age, physical condition, and medical history, it creates a short list of questions to ask at the doctor's.
It helps even after the visit, preventing forgotten questions or lingering uncertainties.
x.ai/bot/j-fWXj5KKAe7rNUTezG…
9. Template Safety Checker
Paste a Grok Bot's template or link, and it clearly explains what that bot can access, any potential risks, and whether it's safe to install.
It won't automatically install just by reading it, so you can try out unknown bots with peace of mind.
x.ai/bot/8JbRKMaD-VrcN_QyitM…
10. Devil's Advocate
This role plays devil's advocate by deliberately arguing against your ideas, piling on questions to uncover weak assumptions.
Spotting holes before you start makes your thinking more solid.

My top 10 Grok Bot use cases so far:
1. Chief of Staff bot.
I delegate to it, it hands work to my other bots, and it catches conflicts like a call overlapping my flight or a podcast invite with no recording link.
2. Sunday week plan.
Every Sunday at 8am it plans my week in Todoist around my day themes (writing day, video day, admin day) and reschedules tasks to fit.
3. Nightly second brain audit.
Every weekday at 6:15pm it checks the day's work against my two second brains on GitHub and suggests edits. Nothing changes without my approval.
4. Newsjack Bot.
Every morning it scans the news for stories I can comment on, drafts pitches to reporters, and sweeps media request platforms. On day two it had 2 pitch packs ready and had triaged 243 media requests.
5. Connector Bot.
It reads my Notion CRM, email, calendar, meeting notes and DMs. Every Monday it gives me the 5 people due for a check in with a draft for each, plus 1 or 2 intros where both sides win.
6. Speed to Lead bot.
It sweeps my inbox for money threads like warm leads and live deals, then drafts the follow up so nothing goes cold.
7. X Research bot.
It finds what performed on X in my niche over the last 14 days and notes why each winner worked.
8. Analytics Bot.
Every week it syncs the last 7 days of my posts and email campaigns into one Notion database with live metrics.
9. Facebook Marketplace bot.
It sells the random things sitting in my garage on Facebook Marketplace and answers buyers for me.
10. Article finder skill.
I give it a topic and it pulls X Articles that did 5x their author's median bookmarks, with titles and thumbnails for inspiration.
Try these setups, then read the full breakdown in the article below:

Jev + Grok Bot combo finally stopped my bots from running for nothing
now every event goes through Jev first, and the bill went from $397/mo to $33 for the same work:
event → Jev routes → Grok Bot works → result
step 1 → go to @typesafeai and create an API key. don't paste it into any chat
step 2 → ask Grok Bot to save it as TYPESAFE_API_KEY in the secret field
step 3 → connect the places your work comes from: slack, github, email, webhooks
step 4 → give each Grok Bot one job: support, code, inbox, ops
step 5 → add a skill called jev-event-router: every new event asks the router first and gets one answer. drop it, merge it with an open task, wake a bot, or hold it as a draft for you
step 6 → run it in shadow mode and read the logs for a few days. keep a kill switch: set enabled: false and everything goes back to manual
step 7 → go live. Jev picks the cable, Grok Bot does the job, and anything risky still waits for you

YOUR OLD GROK BOT SETUP IS THE PROBLEM
we all know the new unification plan sucks...
SpaceXAI just admitted the old rules you gave Grok Bot are making it pricier and dumber. 75% of your tokens burned on pointless work. a $200 plan delivering $50 worth of actual results
10 GitHub repos to fix the setup that’s wasting your tokens and dragging down your results:
01 Promptfoo → compare your current instructions against a cleaner version on the same test cases, so removing a rule becomes something you can evaluate
github.com/promptfoo/promptf…
02 DSPy → optimize instructions and examples against a defined quality metric, replacing endless manual prompt edits with measured experiments
github.com/stanfordnlp/dspy
03 SAMMO → experiment with prompt structure, wording, and compression while checking whether the task still gets done correctly
github.com/microsoft/sammo
04 PromptWizard → generate, critique, and refine candidate instructions using task examples, then test the revised prompt before adopting it
github.com/microsoft/PromptW…
05 DeepEval → turn recurring failures into repeatable evaluations so a shorter prompt doesn’t quietly lose requirements your workflow depends on
github.com/confident-ai/deep…
06 Inspect AI → evaluate complete interactions, including tool use and multi-turn behavior, to catch instructions that send the workflow down unnecessary paths
github.com/UKGovernmentBEIS/…
07 Langfuse → trace instrumented runs and track prompt versions, helping you connect a configuration change to repeated calls or declining output quality
github.com/langfuse/langfuse
08 OpenLIT → monitor usage, cost, and latency in connected AI workflows so you can identify expensive steps before rewriting the whole setup
github.com/openlit/openlit
09 OpenLLMetry → add tracing to supported model libraries and frameworks, making the sequence of calls behind an expensive result easier to inspect
github.com/traceloop/openllm…
10 Helicone → log and analyze API requests to find costly patterns, failed calls, and changes in spending across your instrumented workflow
github.com/Helicone/helicone
save this. the most expensive line in your setup might be the one you forgot you added

This is wild…
I subscribed to Grok Bot right when it launched, just to learn how it works. Now it's my personal agent.
My favorite use cases are booking appointments (it even calls the clinic when online booking fails) and sorting out my taxes. It also reads my emails out loud in the car, fills out boring forms and blurs private info in photos.
At first I honestly felt it was too slow. Now it responds almost instantly.
I'll keep saying it: Grok Bot is the best agent out there.
If you haven't tried it yet, just try it. All 11 of my use cases are in the video 👇

If you want to 10x the value of your Grok Bot subscription, check the Grok Bot marketplace.
it's basically xAI's app store for ready-made Grok Bots (including some built by X engineers).
these are my favorites in there right now:
> AI Search Visibility
checks whether AI chatbots and Google recommend your business, and tells you who they name instead
> Video Editor
turns your raw talking-head footage into a finished vertical video with captions, B-roll and music
> Haggle Bot
goes through your software bills, finds the seats nobody uses, and drafts the email to haggle the price down
> Overheard
watches Reddit, Hacker News and X for anyone talking about you or your brand, and sends you a short digest each weekday
adding one is super easy: open the marketplace, hit “Add” on any bot you like, and approve the access it asks for.
Find your bot at x.ai/bot/marketplace and check out the full article on it below:
It Is Time To Hire Your First Grok Bot Employee!

SpaceXAI lead engineer (ex-Cursor):
"99% of people are still typing into a chat window. 1% have already hired a team
I run 6 bots. My Chief of Staff wakes me at 6am with my entire day, and my travel bot delegates to my flight bot and my hotel bot while I sleep"
Chat → Copilot → GrokBot → Bot Teams → Self-Improving Systems
Prompting was the old workflow. Hiring is the next one

They just threw in a reset.
Okay.
Now they don't even give a heads-up.
Oh yeah, whatever, but now I'm not even grateful for it.
Because it's obvious that the basic usage allowance keeps shrinking instead.
Switch to Grok, guys

holy sh*t.
Karpathy's second brain pattern runs on Grok Bot now:
stop explaining your life to AI from zero every chat, keep a wiki that writes itself
paste this into Grok Bot:
"Build me a second brain with three bots in one group chat. Keep my sources untouched in raw/, maintain wiki/ yourself, file good answers back as pages and run a nightly check for contradictions. Show me the structure first. Do not create anything until I confirm"
three bots in one group chat, each with its own memory:
1. the reader takes every link, PDF and voice note you drop and never edits it
2. the librarian rewrites every wiki page that source touches, usually 10 to 15 of them
3. the checker wakes up on a nightly routine and hunts contradictions, stale claims and pages nothing links to
→ you ask a question: the answer gets filed back as a page, so the brain grows from use, not only from reading
→ a new source contradicts an old page: the checker tags you instead of quietly overwriting it
→ a page goes 30 days without a fresh source: it gets marked unconfirmed a second brain can sound sure while remembering the wrong thing
every page has to show:
> the claim
> the source it came from
> the date it was last confirmed
start with one topic you actually work on, not your whole life
