Andy Burnham absolutely letting rip at the government for withholding the support Manchester needs... looking like the Clark Kent of Stockport. 😍 #ManchesterLockdown @AndyBurnhamGM

I'm glad you think us all earning NOTHING for over three months is so hysterical! We already had strict hygiene in place before lockdown, we can't get qualified or operate our businesses without disease control and sterilisation knowledge. You have no idea about frustration...

You have the audacity to use this clip to try and promote yourself? You look like a fool with both yourself and @BorisJohnson chuckling about a serious issue, you served question this with no respect or appreciation for our industry. It’s clearly something you DO NOT CARE ABOUT!

Replying to @William_Wragg
The tone of your delivery was at best condescending at worst chauvinistic, the mockery that then followed from your boys club was disgraceful, from people who are elected to represent us. People are struggling to feed their families, possibly loose the livelihood and you smirk 🤬

@bbeautycouncil @CarolineHirons @AlokSharma_RDG I am truly saddened by this behaviour, I do not see such disregard for other industries. Mr Wragg, addressing the subject in such a manner proved more harmful that not saying anything at all, paying it lip service is pointless.

Can we also factor in that we have extremely high levels of hygienic standards from day one of training and ppe is the norm in our job roles! We have been and are covid ready. What tells you that we aren't, @BorisJohnson ? @piersmorgan can you ask?

@BABTAC @UKSPA @nhbfsocial this appalling display mocks an industry contributing enormously to Britain’s GDP. We cannot stand for this. People’s livelihoods are at stake. #valueofbeauty

Today’s PM questions just shows systemic ignorance of an industry that is economically viable
By its very nature, the beauty sector operates within a sterile and hygienic environment. But the Government didn't give them a reopening plan, @soniaharia writes. There's no date. Just nothing. Did they forget it because it's a sector run by women, for women? #WhyCantIWork

Would you be mocking and smirking if the motor vehicle manufacters were being forced to stay closed? Our industry contribute considerably more to Britain’s GDP than they do. Know your facts.
