The worst genocide of our lifetime is happening right now. By massacring tens of thousands, injuring hundreds of thousands and beheading babies, what are you trying to achieve? Calling it a tragic mishap is pathetic! If anything, it's a sign that you've lost. Lost your humanity. Lost the plot. #AllEyesOnRafah

Question! Why should local governments use taxpayers’ money to buy proprietary software from a single vendor? And what happens to citizens' data? A solution is to move to free software like Linux and LibreOffice – which is what Schleswig-Holstein is doing: blog.documentfoundation.org/…

My son is 8, and he is obsessed with coding.
I've been teaching him Python, but it's challenging to find good programming tutorials accessible to kids.
After some time, this is where we settled:
1. Book: Python for Kids: amzn.to/493SWcP
2. Online course: Brilliant's brilliant.org/svpino
Notice that I work with Brilliant! I'm biased, but their Python tutorial is fantastic for super-beginners (like my 8-year-old.)
The book is also great. We learned about Python's Turtle library, a massive hit with my kid. (I didn't know about this module.)
If you are reading this, you are probably older than 8, but these two resources can be terrific if you want to learn with much less pressure. They start slow and move step by step.
Enjoy!

A released Palestinian prisoner says in Arabic that Israel held them in the cold w/o electricity, "sprayed us w/ pepper spray" & "left us to die."
She never mentioned Hamas or a word like it. Yet @BBC translated to: "No one helped us. Only Hamas cared...We love them very much."
