Last month my @easyJet flight EZY3207 was delayed 6 hours. After chasing multiple times I get the same word for word templated email blaming their 'supplier', so I can't claim the €400 I'm legally owed. Terrible service, no accountability, I won't fly with them again. @UK_CAA

Happy birthday to @talkSPORT reporter and West Ham fan @BroadcastMoose . Have a great day my friend.

. @Eurostar changed the time of the train my in-laws are due to take to our wedding to a time they cannot make with their connections across France, and now try to charge them €100 to change to a train they can make. The absolute worst service! Next time they will fly. – at L'Ile-d'Olonne, France
