Within this dimly lit space, a solitary figure takes shape amid fragments of color, light, and shadow. Yet the origin of this scene lies elsewhere: in the small image hanging on the wall, where another figure appears to be painting. That image came first. It was the beginning, the first presence from which everything else emerged. What we see before us is not simply a figure creating an artwork, but an artwork that holds the memory of its own origin. Two paintings inhabit a single composition, connected through an invisible exchange between creator and creation. The image on the wall becomes both a source and a reflection, while the larger scene unfolds as its continuation, almost as if the original painting has crossed its own boundaries and entered another existence.
