Cool case, idiopathic vt and pvc CMP, prior RF to RVOT 2013. Endo RVOT, SOV, GCV/AIV all~ 20 ms pre-QRS. Transient suppression only w/RF to septal RVOT. Epi RVOT RF: instantly suppressed, 1cm right of LAD and LV “summit”, ~8mm from endo RF site. @marINrhythm #ablateVT
