Over the past 10 years, we've helped DTC brands generate $350M+ in revenue through performance creatives... ->A supplement brand @my_obvi got 2 winning creatives in 1 month after having ZERO videos working for years ->An electric skateboard company achieved +29% revenue growth and +170% increase in ad spend ->Another brand scaled from $1.1M to $2.7M in just 90 days ->A cards marketplace CardTrader went from $4M to over $35M annual revenue Here are the 5 secrets behind these transformations:

We analyzed our ads for a 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱 to see what winning ads have in common. And we found that they didn't come from an ad variation you'd usually scale. What you'd typically do is launch a few variations, keep the one with the highest hook rate, and scale it. We found that there is no correlation between hook rate, spend, and CPA. So we measured cost per purchase instead:

What this means in a nutshell: We stopped making voiceover variations of scripts that need authority. If your script needs authority too, keep a real person on camera even if more people stop for a variation without them. And if you recently scaled an ad because of its hook rate, check one number: its cost per purchase. (Basis: our ads for one brand in the health and wellness space, $1.2M in spend, August 1 to 31, 2026.)

Back in 2013, I got paid €1,200 a day to do a job I had no experience in. A big speaker was coming to an event near Venice, and his interpreter got sick. The day before, I'd shown him around the city, so they knew I spoke English. They asked if I had ever done interpreting. I hadn't, but I said I'd try. So I did it in front of 100 people in a villa. A few months later, the same company held a world event in Slovenia for 10,000 people. They needed someone for the Italian market and asked if anyone had experience. I said yes. Even though my experience was that one afternoon in the villa 😂 Next thing I knew, I was on stage next to a guy with a real radio voice, taking turns every hour. 300 Italians listened to my voice for 2 days, and they paid me €200 an hour for it. Crazy money for a guy who had done the job only once. Delusional confidence is really a huge advantage, but I believe it's only half of it. The other half is doing things the right way once you're in. If I had fumbled on that stage, 300 people would have heard it, and this would've been a very different story lol
It took me 29 years to realize that the cheat code to life is just having delusional confidence.

Our ads have generated $350M+ for our clients and my mother still thinks I "do things on the computer." Guess she's right though. This month, I'll be showing you what 20+ brands are paying us to do for their Black Friday. A few things about me and what I'll be sharing: - Burned video games onto CDs and sold them to classmates as a kid - Sold pots door to door at university and made $0 - Taught at a school in India for 2 months - Spent €10K on a matcha brand and got zero sales - Quit a big agency after 5 days - Pitched Oh My Creatives to my co-founders in 2023 - Read 875 applications to hire 14 people - We've made ads for Obvi, Snow, Vessi and Marley Spoon What I'll be sharing this going forward: - The ads spending the most money right now and why - How we turn last year's winner into a Black Friday ad - How I find a competitor's best ads - Which brands should run AI Pixar ads and which should stay away - The AI tools our editors use every day - The mistakes I made growing a team to 40+ If you want to get the most out of Black Friday with Meta ads, stick around.

Btw, if you spend $30K+/month on Meta, my team will audit your ad creatives for FREE before Black Friday. It's the same team that made the ads behind $350M+ in client revenue. Book a pre-audit call ⬇️ ohmycreatives.com/book-a-cal…

Quickly sharing the toolkit and step-by-step process to make Pixar-style ads... (We use this process in our creative agency) 1. Create a storyboard or any kind of image grid to start (this step is the critical one) 2. Once you've created the images, you can start animating them with Seedance 2.0 or 2.5. 3. In Premiere Pro or any editing tool, you merge all the animated videos together and include a song. 4. The song has to be made with Suno AI (we have a direct API connection to it, but you can also use it on the Suno website). Check out the storyboard and image grid below as a reference for step 1.

My exact process for spotting a competitor's winning ad in under 10 mins: 1. Open GetHookd (Atria works too) 2. Pull up the competitor's ad library 3. Status: active 4. Running time: 7+ days 5. Creative usage: 3+ times 6. Sort by impressions 7. Open the impression rank on the top ads 8. Keep the ones in the top 10 to 20% 9. Check if the trend line is still going up 10. Write down why you picked it, with the data Now you know which ad they're putting the most money behind. Running time is only a minimum here, because some brands leave losing ads on a small budget so you copy the wrong one.

Officially ~4 years of running Oh My Creatives > $350M+ in revenue generated for brands > A team of roughly 35 people > Our entire ecosystem is now all in one place - Creative Intelligence, AI Studio, OMC Hub, and more Putting every single tool we've built in one place (a.k.a. our Creative OS) was the biggest change we made in the last 90 days. Back then, we used different tools, and I was manually uploading winning ads into a library. The process wasn't very efficient: - There was no cross-learning between those winning ads - No one on our team could find common patterns across them - We had a lot of context switching between different tools Now everything is integrated into our workflow, so we have much less context switching. Inside our Creative OS, Creative Intelligence has been a game changer for us. It has access to our SOPs and our clients' ad accounts. Plus, it learns across all our clients' winning ads, so our team can now find common patterns. Having everything in one place saves us time on less important tasks, so we can focus on finding, researching, briefing, and delivering winning ads for our clients.
