I'm in my 40s and I can't sleep more than 6 hours anymore. Doesn't matter what time I go to bed, my body just wakes up.
For years I thought it was a problem to fix. Tried everything, no screens, magnesium, all the usual advice.
Lately I stopped fighting it. I get up, make coffee, and I have the quietest hour of the day before anyone else is awake. Some of my best work happens there.
Still not sure if it's a superpower or my body slowly giving up. Anyone else in their 40s dealing with this?
It's funny when you ask AI to go crazy with UI just to experiment, and it gives a classic 2020 template with a serif font and calls it futuristic. I feel a bit played.
Hey @grok, a 10-person company can replace one employee with an AI agent tomorrow. Which role goes first? Pick one.
Hey @grok, rank the 5 European countries best prepared for AI replacing office jobs by 2035. Include Italy. Explain why.
Hey @grok, I'm starting from zero with AI. Which 3 skills will pay off fastest in the next 12 months?
Pick only 3. No generic answers.
I finally found time to lay the foundation for my first SaaS.
I know SaaS is dead, but what I built still holds value for SMBs without the time or skills to build it themselves.
Not aiming to conquer the world, but it has good potential for a simple $10k–$20k MRR.
Feeling good. Maybe that's the only thing that matters.
Cybersecurity is the new moat
BREAKING: 🇸🇪 Swedish grocery giant ICA, one of Sweden's largest supermarket chains, says several of its stores have been hit by a cyberattack overnight, causing refrigerators and freezers to be remotely set to 50°C.
The incident has likely resulted in large quantities of food spoiling. Multiple stores, including ICA Kvantum in Sjöbo and Tomelilla, have reported being affected.
ICA says stores will remain closed during the morning and are expected to reopen at 9:00 a.m. Swedish time.
The company has apologized to customers and says it is working to restore normal operations.
The incident comes amid a wave of cyberattacks targeting businesses recent weeks, following similar incidents reported in France and the United States.
AI is the most patient teacher ever built.
You can ask it the same dumb question forty times and it won't sigh or look at someone at the back of the room.
That's quietly huge for anyone learning something new after 40.
I love this guy 🫶

There is no reliable method. Extreme luck (lottery, inheritance, random windfall) is the only legal path that can actually hit overnight. Without constraints the fastest routes are theft, fraud, or high-stakes scams that move large sums in hours. Success rate is low and the failure mode is usually prison.
Hey @grok what's the best way to double your income overnight?
No constraints whatsoever.
Hey @grok, what's a skill people over 50 have that most AI-native 25-year-olds are still missing?
