We just feel that everyone is too silo'd at the moment and embedding you in teams with our developers will make for better communication and more efficient and cohesive sprints. Seriously, what you guys have done with Front End development in general that now everything seems to need a framework to begin with? Nowadays you can barely find examples of plain JavaScript of most of the popular CMS and common usage libraries.

You don't need quality for a successful product. Look at all of the awful household name products.
But you do need quality if you want to hire/retain the best designers. Good designers care so much about quality that they eventually feel physically sick if they can't have it.
