Most entrepreneurs don't need more ideas. They need a Clarity Break.
The ceiling is rarely out there. It's inside the business.

What ceiling are you hitting?
Your solo practice was meant to serve your life.
I'd bet right now it's the other way around.
Admin at 10pm on a Sunday. Email on vacation, just in case. A client you don't love because next quarter feels shaky.
Which circle is your week? Send it to a coach on the left.
I lived in that left circle for years.
My way out was stepping back from the day-to-day and helping other leadership teams build businesses that don't depend on one person.
Hiding up in the attic, away from her family, doing this.
EOS Implementer Sara Stern's advice to that younger self: "Get ready to change in the most incredible and surprising way."
Then four questions. Make calls? Reach out? Be bold? Be vulnerable?
What would you tell yours?
We don't do bits and pieces or project work. Starting an implementer business is a commitment.
Prep course. Boot Camp. Your first Quarterly Collaborative Exchange the day after. Then a 180-day sprint to help you get your first five clients.
What would you want to know first?
We call EOS Implementers the entrepreneurs behind the entrepreneurs.
The ideal candidate has real-world entrepreneurial experience and is obsessed with team health and real, simple results.

Dread the first call of the morning? It has a name.
EOS Implementer Sara Stern was so nervous early on. Our community calls it commission breath.
The fix: call another Implementer first and thank them for something they did.
That changed everything.
Who would you call first?
Leadership teams need to know you're speaking from real-world entrepreneurial experience. Not just theory from a few business books.
Three keys for an EOS Implementer. A compelling story. A love of building relationships. Delivering EOS purely.
Which one is your strongest?

Rallying people and holding them accountable are two different jobs.
Kieran James is good at the first. So team leadership was the first thing to let go, to a hire probably beyond what the business could afford.
It made a good difference.
Which job are you better at?
My most unpopular advice as a CEO: you can't win everyone over, and you shouldn't want to.
People share your core values or they don't. Make sure they've seen them. If they still push back, part ways on good terms.
What's your dealbreaker value? Send it to a CEO still trying.
Here's the unpopular part. Every person on your team either shares that soul, or they don't. If they don't, nothing you say or do will change it.
One thing to check first. Sometimes it's an awareness gap. Once someone fully sees what you stand for, it clicks.
Every quarter, fire yourself from one activity. Not your job. Start with what you don't like and aren't good at. Hand it to someone whose Personal Core Focus fits it. You're not dumping work. You're elevating both of you. What's the first thing you'd hand off?
Here's the free Delegate and Elevate tool. Look at your calendar from last week, sort each activity into the four quadrants, and pick one thing from the bottom two to delegate, eliminate, or automate this quarter. eosworldwide.com/delegate-an…
