A few people have also raised another issue, MPs falling asleep in the House of Commons.
It's an absolutely appalling look for Parliament.
Millions of hardworking Britons would face disciplinary action if they were caught sleeping on the job. Why should MPs be any different?
If you're caught sleeping in the chamber, you should be called out and face consequences.
You're paid by the British taxpayer to represent them, not to have an afternoon nap.
The people making our laws should be held to the same standards as the people expected to follow them.
I completely agree with this.
For far too long, the Speaker has tolerated poor behaviour from both sides of the House.
The result? An erosion of respect for Parliament, and the British public can see it happening in real time.
I would also like to see a ban on mobile phones in the chamber.
Too many MPs sit glued to their screens, looking bored, distracted and completely disengaged.
You're elected to represent the British public, not sit scrolling through your phone.
Parliament deserves better standards. So do the people paying their salaries.

MISSING 15 YEAR OLD GIRL FROM MAIDSTONE
Kent Police are appealing for help to locate Maddie John, who was reported missing yesterday, Thursday 5th November.
Maddie was last seen at around 1.10pm at Maidstone Bus Station. She is believed to have boarded a bus travelling towards Tunbridge Wells.
She is 5ft 11in tall, with a slim build and black curly hair, often worn in a ponytail. She has piercings in her lips, eyebrow and nose.
She was last seen wearing a dark blue hoodie, dark blue jogging bottoms and black-and-white Nike Jordan trainers.
Call 999 quoting reference 05-0774 with critical information. Otherwise call 101.

๐จBREAKING: A 46-year-old Christian Police Community Support Officer has won a confidential settlement from North Yorkshire Police after his career was nearly ended for speaking up in diversity training.
Luke Salmons was suspended just two days after a mandatory diversity session where he questioned the claim that Islam is a "religion of peace" and asked questions about jihad, Hamas, and the war in Gaza.
For that, he was found guilty of gross misconduct and placed on the Police Barred List โ a list that effectively bans you from ever working in policing again.
He refused to accept it and appealed.
On appeal, North Yorkshire Chief Constable Tim Forber overturned the decision, concluding that Salmons' conduct did NOT amount to gross misconduct and did NOT breach professional standards. He was removed from the barred list.
Salmons then took legal action against the force, bringing claims of religious discrimination, harassment, and breaches of his freedom of religion and freedom of expression.
Rather than face him at an Employment Tribunal, North Yorkshire Police settled the case. The settlement amount remains confidential.
A Christian officer punished for asking questions โ and ultimately vindicated.
