Success! After replacing a couple of the RAM chips I was still getting some weird errors, so rather than fight I decided to just replace all 24 of them. I'm now happy to say that the machine is working like a charm! What now? I have an idea...

You can pretty clearly see the new guy: second row, far right. I'll start with just one and then replace others as needed.
