X just notified me that “X Money sent you $15.” NOTHING was sent. The $15 is only a welcome credit that appears AFTER you open the Money tab and complete signup and identity verification. The wording treats a future promotional credit as a transfer that has already occurred. That’s misleading. It makes the offer less appealing, not more, and it reflects poorly on the platform.
