First week of training with @swiftruncoach complete! It's amazing what a bit of structure, encouragement and accountability can do. Five runs and 20+ miles for the first time in ages and already feeling more positive about my progression 👍🏃

A question for brewers/homebrewers. I brewed a stout almost 3 weeks ago and it seems to be stuck around 1.022 (about 66% attenuation). Given that it has been cold I added some US-05 about a week ago but no movement. Would you bottle anyway?

Oh..I didn't realise MIA was an anti vaxx idiot. Another one to cross off the list then..
I know I'm slow to it but The Sound of Wings is the most perfect bit of TV I seen in ages. Hats off to @neilhimself and the wonderfully nuanced performance by Kirby Howell-Baptiste for this amazing bit of art.
