Fantastic Newport 1/2 Marathon today. Well organised by @SDFHC and supported by @LliswerryRunner. Brilliant marshal’s, volunteers and general public on the route. I had the privilege of pacing today and met some really nice people.

Just picked up my car after it’s service from @wessexgarages Kia Newport. Fantastic customer service by Chloe. Fantastic service by the team. To top it off they also washed the car. Thank you.

Never ceases to amaze me. It is a wet and windy night in South Wales, UK but I can watch the 1st cricket test between NZ and Aus from sunny Wellington, NZ.
