Even in its first season prime, Heroes was an odd show...kinda off-brand X-Men. But "what if a bubbly blonde teenager was Wolverine?" was maybe its best idea, thanks largely to Hayden Panettiere's committed performance. And I'm sorry the cheerleader couldn't be saved.
