Hey @beautypie you have no way to get in touch without a 3 day wait? Your shipping tool doesn’t show tracking numbers but my package is showing a delay and that it’s being diverted despite paying for 2-day shipping. And I can only reach you for 2 hours of the workday?! Not cool.
Also, @WIRED needs some fact checking. Wegovy is not more powerful than Ozempic. They’re the same drug. And Ozempic is now available at the one dose stronger that Wegovy had at launch. #factcheckingisfundamental #fatbiasisreal
Hey @SaleenMartin I just read your article about @CapitalOne outage. But no articles are talking about how people who don’t use them aren’t getting their paychecks either and have no info on when they’ll get paid. Plus risking overdraft fees at our banks because bills autopaid.
Hey @CapitalOne I saw you tweeted that you’re taking care of reasonable fees…will you be paying my fees at @Ally and @ChaseSupport since your outage has kept my paycheck from getting to me? Im negative because some bank I don’t do business with had an outage and has my $ hostage
I shouldn’t have to check every building on my block to find my @fedex packages. I don’t get how getting a package every day this week from them has ended up with boxes at 3 different addresses.
I’m frustrated. @Walgreens needs to get their shit together. Understaffed pharmacies have left me making 8 calls in 2 days that no one has even picked up so I can’t fix whatever “action is needed” on a prescription I can’t miss a dose of.
Ok, @Delta , I love you…but your damaged luggage process is rough. I didn’t notice the broken zipper pull and luggage tag on my bag til after I got home and went to open my it today. (It was late & my inner old lady was pooped). I can’t file a claim online since I noticed late
So I went to your complaint form and it’s stuck in an infinite loop on the personal info entry. All fields are filled in, but the form is showing no errors. (As a UX pro, I can tell you that’s failing on a basic usability and accessibility requirement). Please help!
Wow, this is really bad reporting @NPR . I think you need to check your fat bias, and the fat bias of the doctors you interview. Wegovy & Ozempic are not similar, they are the same drug marketed under different names at slightly different dosage strengths. npr.org/2023/04/01/116678151…
Blaming patients for supply chain issues isn't a good look. Ozempic is not a life-sustaining medication for those with diabetes, someone with obesity has just as much need for the medication. Obesity & Diabetes are chronic conditions that patients didn't do to themselves @NPR
I'm all for an attention grabbing headline, but misleading medical information isn't great. Wegovy is the most effective medication ever approved to treat obesity, and off-label prescriptions are valid - especially for an identical drug when there is a shortage.
Serious @ups? Your driver buzzed & walked away in the less than 20 seconds it took me to get to the door. I buzzed once the driver responded but he still left the package outside. Why let customers set instructions if you ignore? Especially in a high-theft area?
I have delivery instructions set to not leave packages outside in the @ups site and could tell he walked away as soon as he buzzed because it took asking who it was twice and the response sounding far away.
As someone who designs apps & services to go together, this kind of failure shouldn’t happen. If you let a user pick options, you need to be able to honor them. Your CX & product teams need to figure this out @ups
It’s not unreasonable to expect a @ups driver to wait just long enough for someone to let them in before walking away. Ring the buzzer, say who you are & put the package inside when buzzed in. If no one answers, don’t leave it. If the buzzer buzzes, open the dang door.
