Thank you FHS c/o 2024 for bestowing me with this award. I am blessed and honored by this. Teaching has been very rewarding. I have learned a lot, kept current, and have grown to be a better person because of my students. Thank you! ❤️

Thank you to my mom @marykenzer & her BSU students from @FairdaleHigh , for coming to @Engelhard_Elem and working with our 3-5 scholars! They enjoyed the interactive stations on test tips/ strategies!
I’m truly blessed with wonderful people in my life. Thanks to @TheMrsJonesAP, @CounselorRamey, @jdawnfoley, and @MrQuillen for brightening my day by sending me flowers for my birthday.
Competitive creativity happens while waiting on peers to complete their group work to be evaluated. Even though that’s not a part of the evaluation, they want bragging rights.

I’m honored that Sammy chose me as his favorite teacher to walk with him and his family tonight for senior night. It’s moments like this that remind me why I love teaching.

Our BSU students putting in some work during RISE today to get ready for next week’s class change wars. Be on the lookout for more information. #fairdale4life
With a day filled with gifts, food, family, and fun, I want to acknowledge that Jesus is the reason for the season. If we were to spread the goodwill and kindness all year long instead of just during Christmas, it might help to lessen the hate and violence in the world.
Having a good time at Freddie Jackson concert. Been a long time since I’ve heard a live band. Felt the rhythm deep in my spirit and the essence of my dancing limbs, grooving hips, and head bopping!
Students were highly engaged with a collaborative activity of stacking cups. They love being competitive. Afterwards had to write a reflection on collaboration.

Congratulations to ShanTaya Cowan graduating from Harvard. I knew she was exceptional when I first met her in my sophomore English class. She’s amazing!
The FHS track team surprised me with my own spikes that they all signed for being a supporter and attending meets. Of course I wouldn’t make it a few feet running but I love and appreciate the honor.
Portrait from the legacy reveal with my daughter @CounselorMLG and granddaughter Keilani at Kula Gallery. Thanks to all those that purchased tickets to make it possible especially my sistahs @CounselorRamey and @TheMrsJonesAP.
