Your harness is valuable to the extent it gets the job done the same way across models, even wildcards. That reliability comes from schemas, tests, and state. Not from hoping the model behaves.

founders eventually will find out that users who annoy the sh!t out of them (like me) will be FAR more useful in the long run, compared to the gaggle of sycophantic stragglers (hoping to get fed) who they surround themselves with.

New launch meta for labs: * create inferior product * give a bunch of influencer types early access (or $) * they all spam how awesome it is * no one actually uses the product Grok Bot no different. There's at least a handful significantly better products that have been out for months. Use any of those to get a more capable experience. Likely much cheaper too.

Apple is holding us back, and I'm scared they hold back all of software going forward.

If your harness isn’t applying ML and RL to improve itself, is it even a harness?

Every great founder learns to suffer. The rejections. The flat metrics. The 3 AM ceiling stares wondering if you’re delusional. Embrace it. High pain tolerance is one of the few advantages competitors can’t copy. Don’t seek ease. Seek strength.

Note to self: write evals from day one as you build user-facing agentic surfaces.

Unnamed top tier Bay Area VC: "How is your gross margin 86% - that's a first we have seen in AI native companies. Are you using open source?" Me: "We are not in token brokerage business. Our pricing is a function of value we drive for customers and it comes from labour market TAM & sales budgets budgets. Our cost is on tokens - which will go down to peanuts if we move to open source, for now not a priority." TLDR: Even today - very few truly application layer companies have emerged that are tapping on non-software spend markets. This is just the beginning - we will see margin profiles much, much bigger than what SaaS ever enjoyed.

A startup doesn't have to be your life's work, but if it is, you become much harder to defeat. You play the long game and you outlast everyone. Because practically everyone else is an opportunist by comparison.

Ask the agent to -> Label the emails, categorise them, archive the dumb labels/delete. Use workspace CLI -> they can pull email and its metadata - so it’s more purposeful. I used @NebulaAI to clean up mine and set up auto-filters for zero inbox. You won’t miss a thing.

'they said it couldn't be done' -> Nebula -> done.
They said it couldn’t be done. I think I just did it. With help from @NebulaAI , I cleared 1,083,532 unread Telegram messages and cleaned up four years of chaos. Two autonomous agent sessions. No manual scrolling. Here’s how ↓

anthropic: we reset the usage limit tibo: we removed the usage limit 🐐
Morning. The last 48 hours of Codex and ChatGPT Work have been intense! Three important updates: - Temporarily removing the 5 hour usage limit restriction for all Plus, Business and Pro plans - Rolling out changes that will make GPT 5.6 Sol more efficient across the board and that will be reflected in less usage being used so that it can take you further. Exact impact to be quantified and shared - We hit 6M active users, and are landing a usage reset in the next hour Go do things
