Dear @play_Efootball staff, I am writing to you today to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of the gaming experience I have been having since round 3 of the open. Since then, the matchmaking seems to be poorly done, and we African players are no longer able to play with each other. Instead, we are matched with European and American players, making the game extremely difficult due to latency. This situation skews our statistics and overall ranking, making the game virtually unplayable. I am sure you understand the importance of our opponents' connection during our matches, and unfortunately, it seems that some players are using unfair means to degrade their opponents' connection. This is unacceptable and greatly harms the gaming experience for all of us. I have invested lot of cash in this game, and I expect a high level of quality in return. Unfortunately, this has not been the case recently. Therefore, I ask that you take action to address these issues. I hope that the matchmaking will be fixed so that African players can play with each other again and that the latency is reduced. Additionally, I request that you intensify your efforts to combat cheaters and their unfair practices that harm the gaming experience for all. Thank you for your attention, and I hope you will take my concerns into consideration. Sincerely, @HalSparke @robbyearon
