20 years ago I directed Rio's World Cup Wind-Ups for ITV. An England player pranking his teammates with hidden cameras. Access no broadcaster could get on their own.
Could it be made today? Would broadcast still be its home, or has digital taken over?

Incredibly saddened to hear of the passing of George Fenton CBE.
He scored The United Way, the hardest project I've ever worked on. He was my light through it. A true gentleman who created real sparks in any room.
Thank you for the music, George.

Liverpool’s new vice chairman is Amit Bhatia. He spent 18 years on the board at QPR, and we had a camera in the room for four of them. From The Four Year Plan. #LFC #liverpool #anfield #QPR

One of the great (UK) football documentaries was 'The Four Year Plan' about QPR after a 2007 takeover by a brains trust including Amit Bhatia, Flavio Briatore, Bernie Ecclestone & Alejandro Agag. QPR's phenomenal success, domestically and internationally, was proof of the pudding

Can't think of Amit Bhatia and #QPR and not think of those early years of Amit's time at the club (pre-Tony Fernandes and Bernie Ecclestone) as portrayed in the epic documentary from @adhocfilms' @Mathodgson "The Four Year Plan" youtube.com/watch?v=Q22vapBP… @QPR

This film still has a huge place in my ❤️
