In a video shared on social media, Jevon Martinez said he was on his way to dropping off all the cameras at the sheriff's office.
Martinez claimed that the Bernalillo County Sheriff’s Office ended its contract with Flock, which is why he took them down.

The reality is, in the age of AI, the BEST we can say is we do not know if such videos are real or fake.
Claims that journalists were able to independently verify are naive. A nation state is more than capable of forging the verification source just as readily as the original video.
Moral of the story is you can no longer trust your own two eyes, and, as always, should never trust any government.
