On October 20, we detected unauthorized access to our official website. After verifying API activity with Shopify, we confirmed on October 23 that a third party obtained customer shipping information. You trusted us with those details, and we're sorry we didn't keep them safe.
Exposed: names, contact details, shipping addresses, and order details (items and prices).
Not exposed: payment card or bank details, recovery phrases, private keys, or wallet passwords.
We've blocked access, fixed the vulnerability, opened an investigation, and are emailing affected customers.
Scammers may pose as Keystone by phone, text, email, or mail, offering refunds, replacement devices, or "fixes" for your order or address. None of it is from us.
NEVER share your recovery phrase or private keys, and NEVER enter your recovery phrase into a device you didn't order. We will never ask for them. Don't click links in unexpected messages. Type keyst.one yourself.

The industry seems to have adopted zK as the "best in practice" solution to privacy on-chain.
This is a huge foot-gun.
Not only are the number of assumptions and surface area for mistakes clearly larger than any single project can manage, it completely ignores the inability to support global adoption of privacy by default.
Privacy is a spectrum. 100% anonymity is a pipe-dream.
The fact that these chains can't scale to achieve meaningful adoption to have a material impact on the world means that they will always be vulnerable to meta-analysis of the packets on the wire that absolutely destroy any hope of anonymity.
300+ tor exit relays were hijacked yesterday.
This is why we must focus on meaningful privacy by default that can support maximum throughput.
zK may be manageable in the future and the number of exploits reduced to an immaterial level. That's not happening for the foreseeable future.
