HISTORIC? Grover Cleveland lost 110 House seats, Hoover lost 102, FDR lost 81 and 7 Senate seats. Truman lost 12 Senators, Ike lost 13. Clinton lost 9 Senators. Bush 2006 lost 6 Senators and 30 House. Obama lost 9 Senate seats in 2014, 63 in House. So spare me all the HISTORIC.

Michigan Senate, with ~15% in. Oakland: El-Sayed +12 (68% in). That is Slotkin’s 2024 number and doesn't on it's face look like +5 race number. Livingston: Rogers +23. His home county, right at 2024. Eaton: Dead even, where it was two years ago. El-Sayed is tracking the 2024 Senate map, which ended Slotkin +0.3. Wayne, Ingham, Kalamazoo and Genesee are still out, and so are Macomb and Ottawa. This is shaping up to be a close race. The polls at +1 and +2 look closer to right, IMO . The ones at +8 and +11 do not.
