@united Have been waiting 2 weeks for my lost bag. You say it is still with @SAS at AMS and you have requested it. I have called United and SAS to try to get resolution, but still no bag. What can each of you do to get my bag back to me?

Hey, @united and @SAS --the inability for either of you to provide any status in my bag after 2+ weeks is disappointing. We all know where it is, but no one will route it back to me (and no one answers my calls in Amsterdam)

@united Bag lost yesterday on my trip ARN->AMS->IAD->HSV. First leg flew on SAS metal. Bag never made it to IAD. Filed a claim with United. Do I need.to file a claim with SAS as well? How do I do that since I don't have a PNR that SAS recognizes?

@flagstar Overseas and realized my autopay did not debit my account (prob. my fault; I'm a new customer). Tried to pay online. Your website blocks me from my location because of a firewall issue. Same from one of my phones.

Finally used my work cell and received my two-factor authentication text (which cost me and arm and a leg w/o an international plan. Tried to make payment; the "continue" button remains ghosted even after I have made all selections properly.

Tried deleting and re-adding my bank account. No luck. Tried looking at FAQs. The FAQs did not match the options I had on my payment screen. What gives? Despite trying, I have no options to make a payment until I return to the U.S, and now my payment will be/is late.

@ChaseSupport Traveling internationally and can't login online because I can't get two factor auth code. Have tried to pay via phone and get told "due to extenuating circumstances we cannot help you at this time." This is going to become a real problem soon.

@dgritzer Making your ropa vieja recipe tonight got me thinking about recipe writing. In ingredients lists, would it make sense to group ingredients that will be added together (maybe denote by a dashed line box)? Thought is that it would help with mise en place

by allowing people to know, "oh, onions and bell peppers are going in at the same time, I can store those together once I've chopped them" without having to constantly reference back down to the recipe.

Really would help in cases like prepping before work for dinner and just trying to get everything chopped and portioned without doing any of the actual cooking. Thoughts? Reasons this doesn't get done?
