I do this for the stray dogs. The ones without access, left behind, navigating a brutal market with no map against experienced players.
I can't walk the path for you, but I can show you the way.
I canโt promise youโll make it. But I can show you the door. Itโs up to you to ape through it.
"Wait for better conditions."
"Things will get better."
"Remember how things were in 2024?"
Volume has been 2x-4x the volume of 2024 for practically 2 years and conditions have continued to get worse and worse each month.
What does this tell us?
It does not matter if "conditions improve" because the extraction machine just cranks up even more to negate the benefits that come from the extra volume.
"WHY FUD BIZZY???"
"BOTTOM SIGNAL BIZZY"
No, I love this space but I hate what its become and we can keep acting like things will magically get better but that is not how it works. Things are not what they used to be.
In past cycles bear markets are when the scammers disappeared, the real remained, things were dead but opportunities were easy to spot.
This bear market the scammers became the celebrities, the extraction machine became more efficient, opportunities disappeared, the gamblers remained, things seemed alive but opportunities were all a mirage.
Without change how can things improve?
It can't because the problem is not the same as it was in the past. In the past the market would die because the volume disappeared. Now its dead because the volume is systematically churned and siphoned into the pockets of platforms, deployers, farmers and scammers.
This is why I think its important to be real and hopefully open peoples eyes so that we can actually change rather than be a blind optimist.

Reasons why @Pumpfun doesn't airdrop for community:
- Paid $6m for Kimchi to him join PumpFun
- Paid $20k and $30k/month for fomo KOL move to Pumpfun
- Paid 99.9% of callout rewards for scammers (~$20m)
- Paid salary for 63 KOL affiliates each month
- Burned 17.14% of supply instead of airdrop
- 75% of revenue ($875m) has sold through Kraken
- Rolex for KOL
Most of them are for KOLs, Scammers, and Team
Users got rugged
Pushing the Kimchi story as some kind of blueprint is pretty dumb.
The $40M is unverified, the lifestyle flex is classic LARP, and even if the numbers were real, that kind of trader wouldnโt be consistently profitable in todayโs trenches.
The easy lottery tickets are gone. Competition is tighter, extraction is faster, and pure luck + screenshot chasing gets you wrecked.
He made his name in a completely different environment.
Today youโd need real edge, discipline, and work, none of which is what these stories sell.
Highlighting this stuff doesnโt onboard anyone useful.
It just attracts people expecting free money, who then get liquidated and call the space a scam.
Pumpfun has officially lost the plot.
I'm not sure what their endgame is here, but I know for a fact that nobody is going to read โBe the next Kimchiโ and suddenly feel an overwhelming urge to sign up for Pumpfun and start buying shitters.
I never thought we'd reach the point where this needs explaining, but absolutely nobody outside CT knows who Kimchi is. And a good chunk of CT knows that the whole โmade $40M trading Trumpโ story is straight up larp and what he was actually doing, was deploying and rugging coins 24/7.
The fact that, out of every ace this multibillion-dollar company could have up its sleeve, they chose to make Kimchi their poster boy speaks volumes about how out of touch they are with the space, the community that made them what they are, and the outside world as a whole.
I'm telling you, there isn't a single normal adult who wakes up in the morning wanting to โtrade internet trends.โ Not a single one.
Because what the fuck does trading internet trends even mean?
These guys made their bread from memecoins, and whatever name they built for themselves in this industry was a direct consequence of coins that actually went somewhere.
Pumpfun wouldn't have taken off the way it did without Sharkcat, and it wouldn't have captured the market share it did during AI season without GOAT and Fartcoin launching there.
People buying โinternet trendsโ with a lifespan of 24 hours, only to get thrown into endless PvP against increasingly sophisticated players across a dozen different pairs, is precisely why Pumpfun struggles to break into the mainstream and onboard retail that actually STAYS.
And these absolute idiots have somehow decided to make that their entire selling point.
You genuinely couldn't make this shit up.
The average person Pumpfun is supposedly trying to onboard is drowning in bills, trying to make ends meet, and navigating a society that's becoming increasingly isolated.
He doesn't give a fuck about speculating on internet trends. He probably doesn't even recognize most of them.
What he wants, whether he realizes it or not, is to feel like he belongs somewhere.
A place where he can make internet friends who share his humor, aesthetics, and beliefs. Somewhere he can log in after a shitty day, talk shit with like-minded people, and actually feel like he's part of something.
A fucking community.
And the funny thing is that memecoins, of all things, can genuinely provide that.
I think people massively underestimate how many guys are sitting at their desks right now, aimlessly scrolling the internet, who would happily spend money to be part of an online community where they can make friends, share jokes, and rally behind something together.
Take NEET, for example.
I'm convinced that if you explained the whole โnot open to workโ movement to a thousand normies, a surprisingly large percentage would find the idea of joining a global community of people who share that attitude genuinely appealing.
Now imagine telling them there's also a coin attached to that movement, and that if enough people rally behind it, they can potentially make money together.
That's a much easier sell than asking them to gamble on whichever celebrity happened to tweet something stupid fifteen minutes ago.
And it's not just NEET.
Think of all the internet subcultures, recognizable characters, aesthetics, and movements that people can actually identify with. Things that give someone a reason to hold a coin, talk about it, make content around it, and bring their friends into it without needing a new catalyst every six hours.
That's how you build something that lasts.
Instead of building their campaign around any of that, Pumpfun decided to spend millions telling people they could become the next Kimchi, a complete nobody to the audience they're supposedly trying to attract, and inviting them to gamble on internet trends.
They actually spent millions of dollars on this stunt.
It's genuinely incredible how disconnected they've become from reality, their own customer base, and seemingly basic common sense.
My father used to always tell me to never attribute to malice what can be attributed to stupidity.
And I'd genuinely love to attribute Pumpfun's incompetence to stupidity, but that's not the case here.
They've made hundreds of millions from coins that people actually wanted to own. Coins that went to hundreds of millions in market cap, made entire communities rich, and brought thousands of new people into the ecosystem.
They know this model works because it's the very model that made them rich.
But if having everyone PvP the same Elon tweet through twelve different pairings and launch modes means they can squeeze another 10% out of trading fees, I'm increasingly convinced they'll happily sacrifice everything else to get it.
And at this point, it's becoming pretty difficult to pretend otherwise.
I think there are fatigue signals everywhere, and every day we're getting a little closer to the end of the Pumpfun dynasty despite a bunch of terminal badges trying day and night to convince you otherwise.
Someone will eventually build a place where people actually want to stay, where communities are worth more than the fees generated from destroying them.
And when that happens, I genuinely don't think Pumpfun will understand why everyone left.
10x on my replies. Always scanning.
Keep noties turned on!
Whatโs next? Give me some underlooked techs with potential.
Replying to @Boot_pad
Pay dex, lock tokens and let it run. Great concept, unique launchpad where you can create an agent to discover and research GitHub projects, good for onboarding devs

Solana is unbelievable. Hard to tell the ceilings, to be honest.
So whenever I share a play, remember what it actually is.
A degen call based on my read at that moment.
Not a promise. Not a target. Most of the ones I post do a few multiples.
Some do more. Some do 4x and die.
I donโt know the top when I post it, and neither does anyone else.
Thatโs why itโs always worth taking profits on the way up.
Even on a 10x. Even on a 100x. The chart doesnโt owe you the round trip back.
I share what Iโm looking at. What you do with it is on you.
Size it like it can go to zero, because on Solana, it can.
We'll hit a gem soon!
It took a while, but it wasn't wrong. 10x+
The body of evidence didn't lie. Some convergences cannot be ignored in a market full of LARPs.
Let's find the next one.

Last token this same dev shipped on BASE went to millions.
We sent random tech by anons to hundreds of k's and even millions, this seems undervalued at 20k.
@perk_os @JulioMCruz is Coordinating AI teams for small businesses.
Real B2B product. Not a meme wrapper.
Not vaporware.
Doxxed, acclaimed dev already shipping. Prior token on BASE printed millions.
Now unbonded and competing in Ansemโs ClawPump hackathon with a real shot at winning.

for me trenches died when u stopped having a minimal potential influence u had on ur coins
back then, if shit hit the fan, u could CTO your coin
and depending on ur work, u could have gotten rewarded
there was no fear of getting rugged, cause you had control, minimal, but it was there
what do we have rn? FnF kids unload the bundle and u r just there, fighting demons alone
post the meme 1000 times and nobody bats an eye
that was the moment when the "traditional" memecoins died to me
