shipped autoscaling
bc our software factory has a 1:1 copy of prod for all branches
and our e2e tests do a bunch of operations against the platform
it's actually quite trivial for an agent to work overnight on the task
Does Cal.com let you create a booking link on the fly for any combination of teammates?
I want to send a client one link showing when everyone is free. The people involved change each time, so setting up a team link for every combination feels cumbersome.

One final graph before we present at S26 DD 🥹
since launching cash pay naltrexone (~$500 ltv) in the "single" state of PA on aug 16th, this is our WoW intake payments
growing 50% WoW
this individual product line is going to be an absolute monster with a 50 state PC 👀
why don't cursor/codex/claude harnesses proxy an input field to a specific location on the filesystem?
for example: `open_secret_input_form(".env:20:1")`
user types secret value into form, gets written to that location in the filesystem. LLM never sees secret.

This is actually the way. A year ago we started building the GTM super app at Rippling…today we have over 2,500 internal users across sales, marketing, FDE, analytics, finance, ops powering more use cases than we could have imagined.
Our leverage wasn’t necessarily the app itself, but the mono repo that managed applications, data pipelines, jobs, storage, evals, ML models in one place. We can build new agents through Codex sessions with CLI tools to bring in external context from our warehouse, jira, docs and ship it in less than a week.
build a coding factory for marketing
why
all marketing is going to code
A UGC video is just seed dance json
A static ad is just chatgpt image json
Data analytics is just an SQL query
Cold email inbox management is just a webhook
Waterfall enrichment is just api calls
How
what you need to build your coding factory for marketing
- Data pipeline
- Data warehouse
- Runtime Server
- Media Storage (Images, Videos)
- Databases for agents (Postgres databases)
- Recurring tasks (Cron jobs)
- API gateway (Nano banana, Apollo IO, Seed dance, Apify etc)

Going do a proper write up, but just built a WAF for hermes.
It's a MITM proxy that lives above the sandbox, not an http client wrapper.
by default sandbox has no network access
when hermes attempts to use a tool to access the network our proxy will reject
we intercept rejections and surface to hermes so it can use it's request_network_access tool
secrets are never shown to hermes
instead hermes sees an identifier, `sct_123`
and our network access rules restricts secret access to domains
and also replaces the secret id with the actual value
(this happens outside of the sandbox, so hermes never sees this)
for example, STRIPE_KEY can only be used w/ api.stripe.com
and the user explicitly approves that request

I told you I would ship a one click data pipeline + data warehouse + and a GTM agent that has access to the internet, a computer, and can do work for you
it's now live
so this agent, I just gave it my API key for my CMS and I told it
okay, go and build a landing page based off of a keyword that you're seeing within our search console data
go and do the research to find that
And then wrote a plan to actually go and do this and research based off of the live data and went and explored the CMS
so that it could know how to actually publish the correct schema for the landing page
It also decided that it should be a landing page and not a blog post
and then it created this landing page at this URL, and this agent can run entirely autonomously on cron job
It can publish as many pages as you want based on your live data
It also has access to an ahregs MCP, so it can do more research based off of your live company data
this agent is universal, I'm just showing you how it can publish landing pages
this can do anything
this can run your Facebook ads
This can run your Google ads
This can write and research blog posts
This can analyze your data on what's working at creating signups from chatGPT as referral traffic, and then based on that, decide what it should do next fom a content strategy standpoint
you can give it your instantly AI API key
It can respond to your emails for you on a cron job
It can research your leads
It can do a waterfall cascading enrichment of the leads that it found
It can research influencers that you should reach out to
find their emails
and then cold email them
autonomously
on cron job
like an employee
This will be available in beta to everyone in the next 48 hours

Always found it ridiculous that you have to rebuild your entire javascript bundle if you change 1 line of code
Why don’t we have deterministic builds, in a way where the output line number can be known before hand from the source file.
So you just pull the last bundle from a CI cache, bundle just the diff, and insert it into the cached bundle.
