Fires broke out in Krasnodar after a series of explosions early on 6 November. The Afipsky oil refinery in the same Russian region may also have been hit. Flames and thick smoke rise behind buildings. An orange glow burns beyond a lit skyline at night.
Afipsky is an oil-processing facility outside the regional capital. The reported refinery strike and the fires in Krasnodar concern separate locations across Krasnodar Krai.

This young, beautiful woman is Oleksandra Kazarovytska (Kolesnykova). She died in Sevastopol. Oleksandra lived with her family in Kharkiv; her parents lived in occupied Crimea.
In Kharkiv, Oleksandra, together with two other teachers, founded an English school. She was kind and talented. The children loved her.
This summer she went to Sevastopol to help her parents sell their apartment and move out of occupied Crimea.
There, the Russians detained her. They found correspondence on her phone with a volunteer at the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
For three months, Oleksandra was kept in solitary confinement. Later, her family was informed of her alleged “suicide.”
Oleksandra left behind her daughter Alice, her husband, and two children from her husband’s first marriage.

❗️According to Ukrainian aviation blogger “Soniahnyk” (Sunflower), an 🇺🇦F-16 pilot set a record by shooting down 8 drones in a single sortie with the fighter’s side automatic cannon: he expended 400 rounds and returned to base with 100 remaining. A few days later, the same pilot broke his own record, downing 9 drones in one sortie with the same cannon and landing with 80 rounds left.
