We are excited to notify you that a supermajority of eligible employees have joined together to form Nava United, a union affiliated with the Office and Professional Employees International Union (OPEIU) Tech Workers Union Local 1010. We are writing to request voluntary recognition of our union, and we authorize OPEIU Local 1010 to represent us for collective bargaining. In the event you do not proceed with the voluntary recognition process, we will ask the National Labor Relations Board to hold an election. We believe that forming our union will promote transparency, ensure equity, increase staff well-being and retention, attract new talent, and add to the long list of reasons why we are proud to work at Nava.
