For 2025, we are putting together a new program which combines the Agile framework with Group Process Consulting. We plan to train a few cohorts for how to do this work. We will be using all of the agile tools as well as the Drexler Sibbet Team Performance Model, Will Schutz’work on The Human Element, and LIFO- Life Orientations, the best communication styles inventory.
