Coaches: Whether you win the state title or not, know that the best W’s will come after the season. Seeing players sign LOI, graduate, go to college, begin a a career & use the life lessons you helped teach. They become contributing members in the real game: LIFE. That’s winning!

You might get feedback that an incremental improvement isn’t “big enough.” Those same people think just one step is needed to ascend from the bottom to the top of a mountain.

Significant change takes time. Don't get discouraged if you don't reach your goals right away.

Players: Commit to making 2019 a great year. Don’t worry about the things you can’t can’t control. Just focus on improving you, one day at a time. Positive results will do all the talking. Celebrate the good moments; turn the bad ones into triumphs. 2019 will be what you make it.

She didn't play volleyball until age 15 and wasn't even a BYU fan. Now this All-American is looking to extend a perfect season for No. 1 @BYUwvolleyball. Roni Jones Perry tells her own story in this photo essay, "Go and Get It." byuphoto.exposure.co/go-and-…

Manheim Central girls volleyball goes red to support ALS campaign

Donning the maroon and gray has always signified school spirit at Manheim Central High School, but wearing red will have a greater purpose on Monday night.
