Lt. Cooper with Okaloosa County EMS witnessed Corp. Lance Williams in a random act of kindness. Lance took the opportunity to help a homeless man by providing food and drink while working an off-duty detail. Lance had no idea his kindness was being observed. #TeamOCSO #kindness
