Hey #Cardano ! I would like to share a project that we are working on with my team for the last couple of months. It’s a fun onboarding tool for our ecosystem, with optional login for a Cardano wallet and future implementation for #MidnightPassport when it is live. It is essentially a videogame, namely a real time PvP artillery game. Two players, trying to hit each other. Sounds simple, but it is addictive, competitive and unexpectedly fun! There are a few modes: - 1v1 for two players, locally on the same pc (keyboard & gamepad) - Host/Join rooms for playing against your friend. And… (drum roll) - 5 day tournaments, aligned with the Cardano epochs. 2ADA entry fee, winner takes it all (-0.5 ADA for server cost). A player logs in with their wallet through the website (top right corner), links his game with an 8 digit code and chooses Hosky or Snek Team for the entire epoch. After that, at PLAY/RANKED, the system pairs the competing players and two rankings are formed: individual ranking and team ranking. Glicko-2 ranking system is used for personal ranking. We have tested the game thoroughly and any major bugs are already identified and fixed. So I definitely suggest you try it yourselves. We have long term plans on how to proceed with the project but any feedback or ideas will be much appreciated, since our roadmap is somewhat flexible. For example, now that we saw that Nike and Crawju were officially introduced in the @MidnightCitySim , we are thinking of adding these two characters in the game (or our next one).
