They way I work has completely changed in the last 3 months.
• 95% of my LLM prompts are voice dictated
• Claude Code writes all code and notes
• I write all context as notes in Obsidian (Claude references these)
• 5+ hours a day is spent talking to Claude and reading
I recently started using Wispr to dictate everything and that has 10x my productivity. Typing prompts is so 2024.
This workflow allowed me to build, launch, and create ads for Dash RFP in 2 weeks. This is a marketplace connecting small/medium businesses with certified proposal writers. We have 20+ accepted proposal writers who are proven winners and ready to help SMBs compete in the RFP space that’s increasingly challenging for these small businesses. But this is not what this post is about.
If you’re using AI daily and are getting fatigued - hit me up. I’ve been there. Would love to share and compare notes with people looking to use AI more effectively for their work.
My stack currently:
- Claude code
- Obsidian
- Veo 3
- Nano Banana
- Lovable (do everything locally)
- Supabase
- Instantly
- Google Docs
Claude Code x Obsidian is the workhorse. It took some iterations to work exactly the way I wanted - automatically switching between my projects and saving notes tied to the project.
Lovable is used for initial app setup but then I use Claude code locally. Lovable is only used for hosting. Might be something better but this works well for me right now.
Always be selling:
- your skills
- your experience
- your product
- your team
- your company
Doesn’t matter if you’re an intern or the CEO. Learn to sell.

I am sick of tech but more in love with engineering than ever. The industry as a whole is full of hype and grift but if you look hard enough you fill fine people building incredible things.
google search is still relevant
i have a 5% ctr and a nearly 12% signup conversion rate
keywords used are niche

Why there’s so much focus on 20yo founders on social media?
Those people are dumb. Their only advantage is having a lot of energy and some luck.
I want to hear stories from my 40yo and 50yo fellows who decided to become founders after ascending to next levels of wisdom.

its all marketing.
dating is marketing. hiring is marketing. fundraising is marketing. getting hired is marketing. keeping your engineers is marketing.
and marketing is marketing.

Whoever builds an actual durable solution to doomscrolling will be a multibillionaire.
Eventually distribution will be solved (by LLMs?) and product will be more important. But right now distribution is still very hard and much more important than product.
I open a new chat. And there’s this slight feeling of resistance. I think, “do I really have to describe another situation to the LLM”.
I suspect more people will get the AI fatigue. Using voice mode more often is likely the fix.
