Under Boston's burgeoning industrialisation, having a sickly mom and a working dad meant that they had to take on a lot of responsibilities. Always one to shy away from demands, Moira bailed when she was 19, and she's been moving around since. At 60, after several stints in prison and countless jobs, she's gotten tough, but she still spends most of her time lazing about.
