Sometimes, I feel we place too much emphasis on landing a job at a name brand rather than finding roles that genuinely excite us! You'll thrive and find more happiness in a great-fit job. And, if it happens to be with a name brand, well, that's cool too.

The best way to get a job is to build relations with recruiters & hiring managers. Don't ask for favors at first. Offer value by sharing insights & being thoughtful. Make real connections as people, not roles. Be patient. Provide value consistently without expectations.
