I wanted to thank everyone for their kind words about Neville. I got his ashes back already and that was nice. I've had a rough go of it these last few months but it can't rain forever.

The vet let me hold Neville as he passed away. The emergency vet didn't let me do that with Al. I was very happy I got to do that. I hope he's somewhere with Al cuddling in a heaven hammock

Neville is going to be euthanized at 4:15 today. I've done all I can. I got him new brothers he loved very much, I've given him antibiotics, I've given him ibuprofen, I've given him all the foods he will actually eat, it's the end. He is in immense pain, it's time to say bye💔

I picked up Al's ashes today. I ordered the pawprint to go with it and they got all of them and his tail. I cried as soon as I saw. I miss my buddy!

My sweet Neville is sick. This is why it was very important for me to get him cage mates. Rats often get sick due to grief or they die of heartbreak. Especially alone. I'm pretty sure I know what's going on and have some antibiotics and steroids on hand. I hope I can help
