You can't even create employment for South Africans, but now you want to pass bills to accommodate undocumented migrants whom you can't regulate or control.

The ConCourt is starting to be a problem in this country.
First they want SA to forget about immigration laws and accommodate the whole of Africa.
Now they want the IEC to forget about its deadline and accommodate the ANC for a mistake Fikile Mbalula made

All of our MK veterans will tell you the same thing, South Africans were placed in camps and weren’t treated with kid gloves, they couldn’t roam around demanding asylum.

A murderer who left Japan for SA, overstayed his visa. Home Affairs couldn’t pick this up for 17 years.
Home Affairs cannot even locate where the “asylum seekers” are in the country. They get their permits and get released into the communities, and Home Affairs relies on the goodwill of the applicants should there be any issue on their status.

What do you mean a South African child cannot get an ID because their parents died when they were young and they need to pay around R3,000 for DNA testing with a relative to obtain one, while a foreigner can simply get documentation for free?

If these Asylum Seekers could afford flight tickets from Pakistan to Johannesburg, they are financially better off than 95% of South Africans.
Unless it is funded by Islamic forces whom have identified South Africa as a new market of strategic "Big Picture" importance.

We have just cautioned the Dpt of Employment & Labour on the exclusion of Asylum seekers in the definition of foreign nationals.
Home Affairs has stated 95% of asylum seekers are denied as they are not legitimate. Given how it takes years for Home Affairs to make a decision on asylum applications, the holder of a section 22 permit can be entitled to work. That opens doors for companies to legally sideline local labour in favour of foreign labour which is subject to exploitation.
